Displayed balance and eligible funds
A single balance can contain several types of funds. Cash from a deposit, bonus credit and bonus-derived winnings may have different conditions. The number at the top of an account page is therefore not always the amount that can be requested for withdrawal. The service’s balance definitions explain the difference.
An illustrative account might show RM100 cash and RM50 bonus credit as a RM150 total. That display alone does not establish a RM150 withdrawal entitlement. Wagering, offer cancellation and account conditions need to be read against each part. This overview explains the concepts; it does not decide an individual account’s eligible amount.
A balance and a withdrawable balance differ
Read how the service distinguishes available funds, restricted amounts and pending requests. An offer condition may apply to one part of a balance but not another. Ask which amount can be requested and why before treating the displayed total as money ready to transfer.
Find the stage of the request
A submitted request is not the same as an approved payment or a completed receipt. Check the current status and its explanation. If money is reported as sent, obtain the relevant reference; if the request is under review, ask what specific information remains outstanding.
Four stages of a payout
Submission creates a request. Review considers its account and destination conditions. Dispatch means the payment has been sent through the chosen channel. Receipt means the destination shows the money. A “pending” label can cover more than one of these stages and may not explain which action remains.
Use the withdrawal preparation guide before a new request. Use withdrawal help when a request already exists, especially where the status is unchanged or the amount differs. A promised processing window needs to come from the actual service; a method’s speed in ordinary transfers does not establish an account-review deadline.
Useful records
- Confirm which balance is withdrawable.
- Record the request reference and status.
- Read the request guide before resubmitting.
Questions about this topic
Does a submitted request mean money has been sent?
No. Submission, review and payment movement are different stages. Use the recorded status and official explanation to identify where the request stands.
Are withdrawal methods assumed from deposit methods?
No. Check withdrawal instructions separately, even when a channel is familiar from a deposit.
